I saw Dr. Rob over the course of several months. He was an integral partner in my fertility journey. After supporting a miscarriage and failed IVF transfer, my new doctor recommended I see Dr. Rob and integrate acupuncture into my treatment. Dr. Rob was incredibly supportive and stayed engaged to ensure he was aligned with the other areas of my treatment. It was always a very calming and peaceful experience every time I had a treatment. Dr. Robert Herbst and the staff at Care Wellness Center are truly a blessing! Dr. Robert is amazing at what he does and so thorough. I had been struggling with fertility for two years prior to coming across their practice. I began to go regularly for sessions for over a year and they worked with me when my insurance would no longer cover the cost. When I was still having issues after several medicated cycles and three iui’s, I was told by my fertility practice at the time that ivf was my next step. However, I wasn’t comfortable moving forward without getting a second opinion first. Dr. Robert actually recommended the fertility practice that I ended up going to along with the provider and I had never felt more heard and comfortable as I did with this change in practice. I continued seeing Dr. Robert regularly and while I did move forward with IVF, I am confident that my continued acupuncture sessions and herbal supplementations leading up to my transfer and post transfer, helped me forge a successful outcome on my first round of IVF. I am looking so forward to returning prior to my delivery and working with Dr. Robert again to help provide a smooth delivery.
